Unilag 2019/2020 Part Time Admission Degree Registration Form: University of Lagos Part Time Programme Admission programme form for registration is presently on sale. The institute for continuous education just started sales of form. It is a B.A/B.Sc. degree programmes for the 2019/2020 academic session.  The price of the form is N11,500. The form is shutting down fourteenth November 2019.

University of Lagos Part Time Programme Admission Programme General Information:

  • The application this part time programme will be in two (2) stages: (1.) JAMB and (2.) ICE (Sandwich) UNILAG.
  • All completed application forms are to be submitted on or before 14th November 2019.
  • There will be no JAMB Exams or UTME examination for those candidates of the Institute of Continuing Education (ICE) UNILAG.
  • The Programmes keep running in the evening.
  • Candidates who possess five (5) ‘O’Level credits in relevant subjects including English Language and Mathematics at not more than TWO sittings are eligible to apply.

UNILAG 2019/2020 Part Time Admission Form For ICE Admission Registration Requirements Needed

  • 1. DEPARTMENTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR Programmes IN THE FACULTY OF ARTS

A. CREATIVE ARTS

Music: English, Mathematics and some other three subjects

Theater Arts: English, Mathematics, Literature-in-English and some other two subjects

Visual Arts: English, Mathematics, Fine Art or Applied Arts or Literature-in-English and some other two subjects.

Direct Entry for Music: Diploma from Musical Society of Nigeria, Diploma from Trinity College London/or MUSSON Center with grade 1,2,3,4,5 and 6

  • B. EUROPEAN LANGUAGES and INTEGRATION STUDIES

5 ‘O’ Level credits including English, Mathematics and three Arts subjects.

C. ENGLISH

5 ‘O’ Level credits including English, Mathematics, Literature, one Arts subject and one Arts or Social Science subject.

D. HISTORY and STRATEGIC STUDIES

5 ‘O’ Level credits including English, Mathematics, History or Government, one Artsand some other subject.

E. Semantics, AFRICAN and ASIAN STUDIES

5 ‘O’ Level credits including English, Mathematics, Yoruba/Igbo and two other subjects.

F. Theory

5 ‘O’ Level credits including English, Mathematics, one Arts subject (Government is regarded as an Arts subject) and two other subjects.

The following Arts Subjects are acceptable: History, Literature, French, CRS/IRS, Civic Education and any Nigerian Language.

  • 2. DEPARTMENTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR Programs IN THE FACULTY OF MANAGEMENT SCIENCES

  • A. ACTUARIAL SCIENCE

5 Year Program

Five (5) credits in O’ Level subjects in English Language, Mathematics, Economics and any two of Financial Accounting, Data Processing, CRS/IRS, Further Mathematics, Geography, Government, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Commerce, Civic Education, and Insurance obtained at not more than two sittings.

4 Year Program

OND in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, and other related areas obtained from accredited Polytechnics and Monotechnics recognized by the Senate of the University of Lagos with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.50 or more on a 5 point scale; and furthermore fulfilled the requirements in (an) above. JUPEB/GCE (A’Level) or Cambridge Examination or equivalent with very great passes in Mathematics and any two (2) subjects from the following: Financial Accounting, Further Mathematics, Geography, Government, Biology, Economics, Chemistry, Physics, Commerce, and Business Studies. University of Lagos Foundation Program Diploma with at least 2.00 Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA)

3 Year Program

Higher National Diploma (HND) in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, and other related areas obtained from accredited Polytechnics and Monotechnics recognized by the Senate of the University of Lagos with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.50 or more on a 5 point scale; and furthermore fulfilled the requirements in (an) above.

  • B. INSURANCE

5 Year Program

Any Applicants that wish to apply for the 5 years Programme in the university of Lagos must have Five (5) ‘O’ Level credits which must be including English Language, Mathematics, Economics and any two of Financial Accounting, Data Processing, CRS/IRS, Further Mathematics, Geography, Government, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Commerce, Civic Education, and Insurance obtained at not more than two sittings.

4 Year Program

National Diploma (OND) in Insurance, Business Administration, Business Studies, Finance, Accounting, Economics and other related areas obtained from accredited Polytechnics and Monotechnics recognized by the Senate of the University of Lagos with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.50 or more on a 5 point scale; and furthermore fulfilled the requirements in (an) above.

3 Year Program Unilag 2019/2020 Part Time Form

HND in Insurance, Business Administration, Business Studies, Finance, Accounting, Economics and other related areas obtained from accredited Polytechnics and Monotechnics at credit go with a 2-year Post HND professional experience. The candidate should comparatively fulfill the requirements in (an) above.

  • 2. DEPARTMENTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE Programs IN THE FACULTY OF SOCIAL SCIENCES

  • A. MASS COMMUNICATION

5 Year Program Unilag 2019/2020 Part Time Form

Any Applicants that wish to apply for the 5 years Programme in the university of Lagos must have Five (5) ‘O’ Level credits which must be including English Language, Mathematics, Literature in English and two (2) other subjects obtained at not more than two sittings.

4 Year Program Unilag 2019/2020 Part Time Form

Applicants must have Certificate in Mass Communication at hand from either the University of Lagos or other accredited Universities recognized by the Senate of the University of Lagos with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.00 or more on a 5 point scale. Candidates should likewise satisfy the ‘O’ Level requirements in passage 3.

3 Year Program Unilag 2019/2020 Part Time Form

HND in Mass Communication from accredited Polytechnics and Monotechnics with at least lower credit and 2-years Post HND experience. Candidates must be registered members of relevant Regulatory Agencies or potentially Professional Bodies, for example, APCON, NIPR, NUJ, etc and must fulfill the ‘O’ Level requirements in section 3.

  • B. SOCIAL WORK

5 Year Program Unilag 2019/2020 Part Time Form

Five (5) ‘O’ Level credits in English Language, Mathematics, and in two subjects, for example, Economics, Government, Civic Education/Social Studies or Geography and one Arts subject, for example, Literature-in-English, CRS/IRK, Yoruba/Igbo/Hausa or History at not more than two sittings.

4 Year Program Unilag 2019/2020 Part Time Form

Recognition in Social Development and Administration (SDA) from the University of Lagos or Foundation Program of the University of Lagos, or Diploma from other accredited Universities recognized by the Senate of the University of Lagos with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 1.5 or more. Candidates must fulfilled the ‘O’ Level requirements in section 3.

  • C. SOCIOLOGY

5 Year Program Unilag 2019/2020 Part Time Form

Five (5) ‘O’ Level credits in English Language, Mathematics, and in two subjects, for example, Economics, Government, Civic Education/Social Studies or Geography and one Arts subject, for example, Literature-in-English, CRS/IRK, Yoruba/Igbo/Hausa or History at not more than two sittings.

Confirmation in Social Development and Administration (SDA) from the University of Lagos or Foundation Program of the University of Lagos, or Diploma from other accredited Universities recognized by the Senate of the University of Lagos with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 1.5 or more. Candidates must fulfilled the ‘O’ Level requirements in section 3.

  • Step 4: Click the “Pay Now” to pay online the processing fee of N11, 500 (Eleven Thousand Five Hundred Naira only OR Print the payment advice with Remita Number to make payment at any Bank inside the University of Lagos.
  • Step 5: Return to the application gateway (applications.unilag.edu.ng) after payment, click “continue application” enter your payment reference number and your surname in lower case as a secret phrase.
  • Step 6: Complete every single required detail and transfer the necessary documents.
  • Step 7: Complete the application form, submit online and print two copies. (Candidates can save their application form for later editing)
